Terms and Conditions
By booking a time slot, you understand this books an appointment time and I will make every effort to attend. The photo shoot is free - you only pay for the photos you want to buy. By booking, you understand in order to obtain your actual photos a fee of $150 (an 8 photo minimum) is required. Payment for digital photos is made via C. Mabee Photography online store via a package. 48 hour minimum cancellation policy. Payments accepted are credit card through secured through Stripe. Limited spots are available.
CLIENT'S USAGE
The Buyer shall only use the digital files in accordance with the permissions within this agreement. The Buyer’s digital files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial use, or reproduced in any way by parties other than the Photographer. The redistribution of digital images is strictly prohibited.
C. Mabee Photography grants Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce Media via print only for any non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with C. Mabee Photography. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media is provided "as is."
SOCIAL MEDIA
The Buyer may share blog post links and Facebook albums through use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. All images posted on social media require a direct link or credit towards C. Mabee Photography. Buyer shall not copy, download, screen shot, or capture the photographs in any other fashion. Buyer also shall not crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs. This includes Facebook’s “automatic” filter.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
Display on personal websites and computers
Making image prints for personal use.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
Buyer may not:
Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer
Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration
Use the Media in advertising
Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
Make the Media available for download
Neither C. Mabee Photography nor C. Mabee Photography's vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.
LICENSE
All images are property of C. Mabee Photography and are copyrighted by law. None of them cannot be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without C. Mabee Photography's clear permission to do so. C. Mabee Photography reserves the right to use all of Client’s images on website, blogs, or any other related marketing material, should the client give permission to do so.

Why should choose a mini session instead of full session?
Short Time Commitment: Shoots last only 10 to 30 minutes. This short window works well for young children, teenagers, or reluctant partners who dislike posing for long periods.
Perfect for Quick Updates: They are ideal for annual holiday cards, quick seasonal announcements, or capturing a single simple milestone like a birthday.
How many final images can we expect to receive?
The session is risk free and complimentary. If you love your photos and wish to purchase, there is an 8 photo purchase minimum. If you'd like the purchase the full gallery, you can expect 30-40 photos!
How does the booking process work from start to finish?
You pick your time slot on my booking calendar, sign your contract and are booked! We meet on the scheduled day and time. If you choose to purchase photos, you can find my packages right on the store connected to your online gallery!
Can we purchase additional images and upgrade to the full gallery?
